What you can do

  • Import authorized health measurements and workouts through the Aura iPhone app.

Know before you start

  • Apple Health setup happens on your iPhone, not in a web browser.

Connect step by step

You’ll need

  • Aura installed on your iPhone and measurements available in Apple Health.
  1. Open Aura on iPhone

Go to Connectors and find Apple Health.

  2. Choose your categories

Tap Connect Apple Health and review the system permission sheet. Allow only the data you want to share.

  3. Review the sync

Return to Aura and check its connection and sync status. Some measurements may be unavailable if the source has no data or access is off.

Check it works

Compare a recent imported measurement with the Health app on the same iPhone.

This guide does not run a test or change your account. Use the connection screen or the suggested request to check access.

If something gets stuck

I cannot connect from the website

Use the Aura iPhone app; this connection requires device permissions.

A category is empty

Check whether Health has recent data for that category and review Aura’s Health permissions in iPhone settings.

Aura says I’m out of AI credits

Open Account & billing to check your balance and reset. If a task stopped, review completed actions before retrying. Provider limits or paid provider credits are separate from Aura’s balance.

Administrator setup is required

Contact Aura support with the service name. Re-entering your credentials will not fix a service that is unavailable on Aura.

Remove access

Disconnect Apple Health in Aura to remove imported measurements and workouts from Aura. You can also revoke its permissions on iPhone. Originals remain in Apple Health.
