What you can do
- Read contacts from one GoHighLevel location and import them into your practice after you review them.
Know before you start
- Read-only: nothing is written back to GoHighLevel.
- An import is a one-time copy, not a live sync. Importing does not send invitations.
Connect step by step
You’ll need
- A GoHighLevel account with access to the location you want to import.
- An Aura practitioner account.
Open client import
In Aura, go to Clients → Import clients and choose GoHighLevel.
Sign in to GoHighLevel and choose the location. Aura asks only for read access to contacts.
Review and save
Check the preview, then save. Invitations are a separate step.
Check it works
After signing in, the preview shows a contact count before anything is saved.
This guide does not run a test or change your account. Use the connection screen or the suggested request to check access.
Try a first task
Replace bracketed details with your own. Copying an example does not submit it.
How many contacts did I import from GoHighLevel?
If something gets stuck
GoHighLevel isn't listed
GoHighLevel import is being rolled out. Use a CSV export from GoHighLevel in the meantime.
Aura says I’m out of AI credits
Open Account & billing to check your balance and reset. If a task stopped, review completed actions before retrying. Provider limits or paid provider credits are separate from Aura’s balance.
Administrator setup is required
Contact Aura support with the service name. Re-entering your credentials will not fix a service that is unavailable on Aura.
Remove access
Choose Disconnect in client import. This doesn't delete contacts already imported into Aura.
