Reviewed 23 September 2026

What you can do

  • Sync Aura appointments and imported calendar blocks through the calendar connection.

Know before you start

  • This is separate from Gmail and Drive access.

Connect step by step

You’ll need

  • The Google account containing the calendar you want to connect.
  1. Open calendar settings

In Connectors, expand Calendar, health & messaging and choose Google Calendar → Connect.

  2. Choose your Google account

Complete Google’s sign-in and permission review, then return to Aura.

  3. Check a sync

Choose Sync now and check the Last synced time. Review your calendar after it completes.

Check it works

Confirm the connected account and a successful Last synced time, then compare a known appointment or busy period.

This guide does not run a test or change your account. Use the connection screen or the suggested request to check access.

If something gets stuck

Sync has not finished

Wait for the current sync, then refresh its status. If an error appears, reconnect rather than repeatedly creating calendar entries.

I connected Gmail but see no calendar

Connect Google Calendar separately from Google Workspace.

Aura says I’m out of AI credits

Open Account & billing to check your balance and reset. If a task stopped, review completed actions before retrying. Provider limits or paid provider credits are separate from Aura’s balance.

Administrator setup is required

Contact Aura support with the service name. Re-entering your credentials will not fix a service that is unavailable on Aura.

Remove access

Disconnect Google Calendar in Aura. Imported calendar blocks are removed from Aura; Aura appointments and original Google events remain.
