What you can do
- Import supported sleep, readiness, steps, and recovery measurements from your authorized account.
Know before you start
- Only available measurements and approved categories can sync. Connecting does not grant a practitioner unrestricted access to your health data.
Connect step by step
You’ll need
- A Oura Ring account with recent measurements.
Open the connection
In Aura Connectors, expand Calendar, health & messaging. Find this health service. If setup is unavailable, contact Aura support.
Authorize your account
Choose Connect, sign in to the provider, and review the requested data access.
Check your measurements
Return to Aura and wait for syncing. Check the Last synced time and available measurements. Use Sync now to request another sync when needed.
Check it works
Check the connection’s sync status and compare a recent measurement with the original provider app.
This guide does not run a test or change your account. Use the connection screen or the suggested request to check access.
Try a first task
Replace bracketed details with your own. Copying an example does not submit it.
Show my recent Oura Ring measurements available in Aura, including their dates.
If something gets stuck
Connected, but no recent measurements
Confirm the device has synced to the provider’s own app and the relevant categories were authorized.
Access expired or syncing failed
Reconnect through the provider sign-in screen and review the error before retrying.
Aura says I’m out of AI credits
Open Account & billing to check your balance and reset. If a task stopped, review completed actions before retrying. Provider limits or paid provider credits are separate from Aura’s balance.
Administrator setup is required
Contact Aura support with the service name. Re-entering your credentials will not fix a service that is unavailable on Aura.
Remove access
Disconnect the service in Aura to stop future syncing and remove its imported measurements from Aura. Originals remain with the provider.
