What you can do
- Follow the provider’s setup to add its own connector to a supported assistant.
Know before you start
- This is an external setup link, not an active connection inside Aura.
- The provider’s current guide uses the name Everygen. Use its current connection address.
Connect step by step
You’ll need
- A provider account and an assistant that supports its connector.
Open the provider guide
Follow the current Viewmax / Everygen instructions linked below. Use the endpoint shown there instead of copying an old address.
Connect in your assistant
Add the provider’s connector in that assistant and complete its sign-in. Connect Aura separately if you also want to use Aura there.
Check it works
Check that the provider appears in your assistant’s connector list. An Aura card alone does not indicate an external connection is active.
This guide does not run a test or change your account. Use the connection screen or the suggested request to check access.
Try a first task
Replace bracketed details with your own. Copying an example does not submit it.
Prepare a short wellness video concept. Wait for my approval before using any paid generation tools.
If something gets stuck
Aura still shows external setup
That is expected: this connection is managed in the other assistant, not stored as an active Aura service.
The provider name or URL changed
Use the current provider setup page below and its sign-in flow.
Aura says I’m out of AI credits
Open Account & billing to check your balance and reset. If a task stopped, review completed actions before retrying. Provider limits or paid provider credits are separate from Aura’s balance.
Administrator setup is required
Contact Aura support with the service name. Re-entering your credentials will not fix a service that is unavailable on Aura.
Remove access
Remove the provider connector from the assistant where you added it; manage billing and access with that provider.
